The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing communications to drive member engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will:
Develop and execute compelling email campaigns that balance commercial offers with brand-building content to drive key KPIs and long-term member advocacy.
Manage marketing activity within the Membership App, including push notifications, in-app messaging, gamified content, and segmented audience communications to increase engagement and retention.
Work closely with the Membership & Marketing Analytics Manager to use predictive analytics and insight to inform personalised loyalty experiences across all available touchpoints.
Create content for app, email, and web channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Deliver effective below-the-line marketing plans, collaborating with external media agencies where required.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including member lifetime value, shopping frequency, average basket spend, app reviews and downloads, and email performance metrics.
Support initiatives to reduce member churn and increase colleague participation across the loyalty programme.

The ability to interpret data and predictive analytics to develop personalised campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a proven ability to align messaging to brand tone and guidelines.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with external agencies.
A proactive, commercial mindset, focused on improving retention, lifetime value, and overall programme performance.
The confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also thriving as part of a wider marketing team.
