We are looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team in and around Northampton.
* Due to the nature of the job, you will need access to a vehicle, a driving licence, and be able to work every other weekend along with a minimum of 2 evenings a week. Please note that we are not accepting new applications for sponsorship or visas.
We are also seeking a Community Engagement Officer to work part-time, 20 hours a week on a pro rata basis, with potential to develop into a full-time business development role.
The Role
1. Develop relationships within the local community, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.
2. Work towards targets for Referral Provider touchpoints.
3. Deliver promotional activities both face-to-face and virtually to increase awareness of Home Instead’s services and employment opportunities.
4. Plan and execute community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
5. Attend events on weekends as needed.
6. Consistently communicate our mission, vision, and values, and deliver our value proposition.
7. Manage social media activity and campaigns.
8. Raise awareness of Home Instead's brand and marketing initiatives within the local community.
9. Track and record enquiries to optimize messaging and strategy.
10. Maintain accurate data to assess performance against goals.
11. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs.
12. Ensure compliance with our Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy.
13. Perform other duties necessary for business operations.
14. Proven ability to build strong relationships both face-to-face and virtually to achieve objectives.
15. Confident in networking via various communication methods.
16. Capable of delivering talks on ageing-related topics such as Dementia, Fraud Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration.
17. Experience with marketing principles and managing digital media platforms.
18. Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication tools.
19. Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making.
20. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
21. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
22. Self-motivated, independent, resilient, and flexible to meet business needs.
23. Experience with CRM systems for managing community touchpoints.
