Regional Service Manager - Fire & Security

Trinity Fire & Security are seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead all Service-related activities in the Greater Yorkshire region. You will be ensuring optimal performance (financial, labour utilisation & productivity, H&S) and key metrics are attained and maintained.
This role is ideal for an experienced Service manager in the Fire & Security industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
As a Regional Service Manager at Trinity, you will have full accountability for all service-related operations. You'll lead, support, and develop the engineering teams, ensuring efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
The key responsibilities are:
•To work with and report to the line manager to agree business objectives and to review key performance indicators.
•To manage all aspects of the engineering team including (but not limited to) driving daily productivity, the provision of technical support, the identification of training needs, mentoring and support, and the assessment of competencies and capabilities.
•Promote positive CQR performance alongside KPI metrics for 1st time fix rate while driving engagement within the engineering team.
•To support and develop the engineers to identify RTQs and to ensure these opportunities not only ensure customer compliance but also enable cross selling activities.
•Meet the delivery P&L metric targets for the allocated region.
•To liaise with the wider support teams at Trinity to maximise operational output of engineers and ensure compliance.
•To undertake site audits, site surveys and other site visits as required to ensure a quality service is provided.
•To review and react to all relevant daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
