I am currently recruiting a confident and polished Floor Manager to join a thriving luxury hospitality business in South London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to grow into a more senior leadership role within the next 8–12 months.
About the Venue:
An elegant and dynamic multi-level venue with a focus on refined service and quality experiences. Features include an upscale restaurant, stylish bar, private event spaces, and a rooftop terrace.
The operation is wet-led (approx. 60%), so strong knowledge of premium wines, champagne, and cocktail service is essential.

The Role:
As Floor Manager, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day delivery of service excellence across the venue. You'll be visible on the floor, leading the team, engaging with guests, and upholding the brand's high standards.
What We're Looking For:
A confident leader with a minimum of 3–4 years' experience in high-end hospitality (premium bars, restaurants, or hotels preferred).
Someone who's hands-on, detail-focused, and passionate about customer experience.
A natural host, warm, professional, and engaging with both guests and team members.
Comfortable managing a busy service, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A people-first mindset and proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
