As a nursing home manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centred care, specialist dementia support, and luxury residential living. Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional person-centred care, specialist dementia support, and luxury residential living.

* Manage operations in a large, luxury care environment within budget and quality targets.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a nursing home manager or care home manager, ideally within large homes.
* A background in luxury or premium care environments.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and a passion for delivering Outstanding care.
* Commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets effectively.
