Salary: £27,880 to £31,480 OTE - £25,480 basic + Uncapped Commission

Shifts: 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

What You'll Be Doing: Customer Service Sales Advisor
* Handling inbound customer calls, identifying needs, and building strong rapport.
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services to maximize retention and revenue.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Providing accurate quotes and pricing to customers.
* Developing strong relationships and encouraging customer referrals.
* Staying up to date with product knowledge, competitor insights, and sales techniques.
* Ensuring compliance with FSA regulations and company policies.
