Project Manager
£60 - £81.05 per hour
Morson are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to support a range of transformation projects within the engineering industry for our distinguished defence client. Reporting directly to the Head of Transformation you will implement and report back on continuous improvement and business optimisation initiatives to senior stakeholders. With a particular emphasis on procurement of these initiatives we require a strong project manager with experience of dealing with executive stakeholders.
The role is being offered on an initial 12-month contract basis. There is an expectation of an average of 2 days per week on site across Warton and Samlesbury. We can pay a rate of £60 per hour PAYE or £81.05 per hour Umbrella inside IR35.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver transformation, optimisation and business change activity, working across teams to facilitate collaboration, engagement and progress against outcomes.
2. Supporting the Head of Transformation to shape and guide the approach to transformation, optimisation and business change.
3. Applying good practice project & programme management to underpin delivery and constructively challenging through review.
4. Managing senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate buy in and reviews of current priorities.
