Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration & Strategy
* Oversee the administration of benefit policies across multiple jurisdictions (UK, EMEA)
* Coordinate annual renewals and open enrolment processes
* Act as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related queries
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local regulations
* Develop and manage benefits communications, including onboarding materials and policy documentation
* Plan and execute benefit-related events such as fairs and webinars
Global Mobility & Immigration
* Manage logistics for international relocations and assignments
* Coordinate with HR, legal, tax, payroll, and external vendors
* Oversee visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration requirements
* Conduct audits and maintain accurate documentation for mobility and immigration processes
Collaboration & Systems
* Work closely with the HR Ops Manager, Associate, and Analyst to support onboarding/offboarding
* Use Workday to manage benefits data and reporting
* Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service delivery
