Job Description
3. Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
5. Manage cash flow, ensuring efficient financial planning and control.
6. Oversee financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
8. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
9. Monitor and analyse key financial performance indicators.
10. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Must be training towards or have an accounting qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA)
12. Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
