The Role & Responsibilities
As our new Service Technician, you will handle a wide scope of technical tasks:
* Diagnostics: Fault-finding and troubleshooting using modern diagnostic equipment.
* Mechanical Repairs: Brakes, suspension, engine work, and drivetrain components.
* Specialist Maintenance: Routine servicing and MOT preparation for a diverse fleet.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle—whether classic or brand new—meets our high standards.
* Efficiency: Managing your own workload while maintaining a "right-first-time" attitude.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
* Technical Skill: Strong mechanical knowledge and confident diagnostic ability.
* Mindset: High attention to detail and a genuine pride in your workmanship.
* Autonomy: The ability to work independently in a busy, professional environment.
* Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 NVQ (or equivalent). An MOT license is beneficial but not essential.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is required.
