Café Manager / Chef Location: Ystradgynlais Volunteer Centre – Ti a Fi Cafe Hours: 35 hours Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a passionate and experienced Café Manager / Chef to oversee daily operations while leading our kitchen and front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves food, people, and running a smooth, high-quality café. The Role You will be responsible for managing the café, maintaining high food and service standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer experience. You’ll balance leadership, kitchen responsibilities, stock management, and customer service.
