Your responsibilities will include
1. Delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
2. Ensuring the building is safe, secure, and fully compliant
3. Supporting residents’ wellbeing through engagement, activities, and community involvement
4. Managing lettings, waiting lists, and working to minimise voids
5. Carrying out assessments and developing tailored support plans
6. Working closely with health, social care, and community partners
7. Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in everything you do
8. Collaborating with a wide range of internal teams and external partners including health services, social care professionals, contractors, families and community groups
To be successful you will need:
9. Experienced in working with individuals within the care, supported living or housing sector
10. Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
11. Passionate about delivering person-centered support
12. Skilled in housing management and/or supported living environments
13. Confident working with partners and external agencies
14. Knowledgeable in health & safety and general facilities management
15. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and experience working in a customer focused environment
16. IT confident, with experience using Microsoft Office
17. Fluent Welsh language skills written and verbal are desirable
18. An Enhanced DBS check
19. Full UK drivers licence with access to own transport
This is a temporary role on a week-by-week basis, working 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm). You'll be on an hourly rate of £19.75 + accrued holiday pay based in Bangor, Gwynedd.
