As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and motivated 360 Recruiter to join our team. The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, building lasting client relationships and managing candidates from sourcing through to placement. You'll play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and client engagement. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent using a range of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the whole recruitment process - from initial briefing and candidate screening through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. About You Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within IT; however, we will consider applicants from other verticals. Strong business development and account management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and digital sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
