The Role
As a Principal Configuration Management Engineer, you will ensure configuration information is clear and concise throughout a project’s full lifecycle. Day-to-day, you will participate in the implementation and development of configuration management requirements and processes that satisfy contract and programme requirements.
* Maintenance of supply chain CM requirements
* Management of technical queries, change requests and concessions
* Establish and maintain project configuration baselines
* Contribute to design phase reviews
* Support configuration audits for the project and supply chain
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is remote with occasional travel to sites.
Experience required
* Prior experience in configuration management
* Experience of working on large scale projects
* Have worked across a full project lifecycle
Qualifications
* Degree qualified preferred
* Member of the institute of process excellence (CM II) beneficial
Security Clearance
