As our Senior Key Account Manager - ESS (UK), youll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth and fostering key client relationships. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and deepen relationships with key clients, including utility companies and project developers, serving as their primary commercial contact and trusted advisor.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities in the UK ESS market, particularly for utility‑scale projects.</li><li>Lead the entire sales lifecycle for ESS projects, from initial lead generation and client consultation to contract negotiation and closure.</li><li>Provide valuable market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to senior management to support product optimization and business strategy.</li><li>Coordinate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, such as technical support, project management, and after‑sales, to ensure exceptional solution delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li>Represent Sungrow UK at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand our client network.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3–5 years of proven ESS sales experience in the UK market, with a track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in the B2B sector.</li><li>In‑depth understanding of the UK ESS market, including trends, regulatory frameworks, key clients, and competitors.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex key accounts, build long‑term strategic relationships, and drive account growth through consultative selling.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.</li><li>Fluent English language skills (C1) are essential, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.</li><li>A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK are required, with occasional international travel.</li><li>A self‑motivated, results‑oriented individual who can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a multicultural environment.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>Join Sungrow UK and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to advancing clean‑energy solutions.
