Overview
Let’s Play are looking for an individual to lead a variety of fun-filled activities and supervise children during our Fun Week programme in the school holidays at Kennet Leisure Centre, Thatcham. The role involves keeping children safe, leading activities, and delivering the programme to a high standard for children aged 5–12 years of mixed abilities. The daily programme includes activities from our schedule such as Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building, and Arts n Crafts.

Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate your team to deliver the programme to a high standard.
* Liaise with parents/carers, staff, and Directors on a regular basis.
* Ensure sessions are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children.
* Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
* Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
* Follow our coaching philosophy: Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
* Understand and respond to the individual needs of staff and children.
* Deal with first aid/emergency situations and be approachable when liaising with parents/carers.
* Be committed to delivering every session to the best of your ability and be creative and passionate in delivery.
Essential Requirements
* Interest and passion for working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children.
* Experience in children's holiday camps and/or a childcare setting.
* Willingness to develop skills and general practice.
* Punctual, reliable & committed.
* Experience delivering activities to primary-aged children.
* Strong communication & organizational skills.
* Ability to interact well with staff, parents/carers, and children.
Preferred Requirements
* Clean UK driving license.
* Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during Fun Week (e.g., Arts n Crafts, Multi-Sports).
* Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University.
