Hub Worker – Camden, London Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Hub Worker to join the Routes off The Street (RTS) Hub in Camden. Pay Rate: £23 Ltd per hour Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Contract: Temporary (3 months) with potential for extension Start Date: ImmediateRole Overview The RTS Hub provides a safe space for assessments and interventions away from the street, supporting behaviour change and positive outcomes for individuals involved in street-based lifestyles. The Hub team works closely with outreach and in-reach partners to engage individuals with services that improve health, wellbeing, social inclusion, and safe reconnection. Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, care planning, and assertive, time-limited interventions to support informed choices. Use motivational interviewing and psychologically informed approaches to engage individuals with services and agencies. Deliver bespoke support for individuals without a Camden connection or with no recourse to public funds. Work with key partners to deliver a multi-service offer aimed at sustainable outcomes for rough sleepers. Deliver comprehensive assessments, structured joint support planning, and tailored interventions.
