Position Overview
Team Leaders with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We are currently searching for a fantastic Team Leader to join us in leading our supported living service in Hythe. This service offers a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. As a Team Leader you will help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service, and ultimately ensure we continue to deliver high quality care.
Responsibilities
* Allocate shifts and organise staff training.
* Induct new colleagues and conduct regular supervision and appraisals.
* Develop and update care plans.
* Order medication and ensure accurate medication records.
* Support people in managing their finances and day‑to‑day needs.
* Take day‑to‑day management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
* Encourage and support staff growth and confidence.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar team‐leadership role.
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
* Commitment to person‑centred care and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

* Position: Team Leader – Dover.
* Pay: £14.90 per hour.
* Typical shifts: Weekday, weekends and sleep‑ins (rota varies).
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
