We've recently secured partnerships with some of the UK's biggest brands—meaning we have a steady flow of inbound leads. Now we need a confident and organised sales advisor to help us convert them into happy customers.
The Role
This is a part-time, flexible sales role designed to fit around school hours and holidays. We're looking for someone mature, professional, and great with people—someone who can give leads the confidence to sign up.
You don't need a background in tax or finance. If you're smart, we'll teach you the technical side. What matters is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and stay organised.
This isn't a consultative sell—it's about managing inbound opportunities efficiently, keeping on top of your pipeline in HubSpot, and closing deals at pace.
What You'll Do
* Handle inbound calls, emails, partner referrals, and follow-ups
* Manage a busy pipeline and keep accurate records in HubSpot
* Close new business from inbound leads
* Stay on top of lead volumes with excellent organisation and responsiveness
* Share ideas and feedback to help us continuously improve
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in sales, ideally in a fast-paced inbound environment
* Professional, confident, and able to build trust quickly
* Highly organised, with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience a bonus)
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working part-time but making a big impact
