A well-regarded law firm is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Paralegal to join its established Legal Aid department. This includes public law children matters, domestic abuse cases, divorce, and financial remedy files. Responsibilities will involve assisting with case preparation, liaising with clients, drafting documents, handling administrative tasks, and attending court as required. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting fee earners on a varied caseload of family law matters * Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court applications * Managing administrative aspects of cases * Communicating with clients, counsel, and external agencies * Attending hearings and case meetings when required Training & Development: Training will be provided for candidates without direct family law experience but paralegal experience is essential.
