We're seeking a Airside Performance Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
* Responsible for the control and delivery of the day to day operational requirements of the Back of House operation
* Liaising directly with the customer
* Management of departmental budgets
* Delivery of a high quality and efficient operation.
* Responsible for internal and external KPIs as well as maintaining safety standards and legal compliance
* Provide management information accurately and on time using the IT tools available.
* Be able to manage and develop the team taking direct responsibility for the performance of the managers reporting to you
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

* Previous Aviation experience preferably at Gatwick Airport – Desirable
* Currently working at a Shift Manager Level or above
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to manage HR functions at site level
* Strong people management skills
* Ability to adapt your communication style
* Ability to manage teams through your direct reports providing timely and effective feedback
* Financially astute
* Full manual driving license
