Contracts Coordinator 37 Hours Per Week Circa 28,000 per annum Horsham, West Sussex Are you a highly organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? Saxon Weald is seeking a dedicated Contracts Coordinator to join our Homefix team in Horsham. In this role, you ll be responsible for managing contractor documentation, raising and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. You ll work closely with Trade Managers and Team Leaders to support the delivery of repairs and planned works to our customers homes, helping us maintain safe, secure, and well-maintained properties. To be successful in this role you will need to: Have excellent customer service and communication skills. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes. Be confident in using IT systems to organise and process information effectively. Have experience in managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budgets. Have good time management skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
