Your new role
We’re looking for a proactive, confident, Health & Safety (Development & New Build) Team Leader to help shape the way we deliver safe, high‑quality development projects. If you enjoy making a real impact and supporting others to work smarter and safer, this could be your next step.
With the help of a Health & Safety Advisor you’ll be our go‑to expert for all things construction safety and Construction (Design and Management). You’ll turn complex regulations into clear, practical advice that helps teams get things right first time.
Your work will involve checking that our Construction (Design and Management) arrangements and project teams are on track, spotting where things could be better, and giving constructive challenge where needed. You’ll be the friendly expert that teams trust for support and guidance.
You’ll get involved early in project design to help advise on removal of risks before they reach site, and you’ll carry out regular site visits and audits to keep standards high and learning continuous.
We’re looking for someone with solid, demonstratable construction Health & Safety knowledge and experience, with a proven track record of supporting or leading others. You’ll need great communication skills, confidence in your judgement, and the ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organisation.
You’ll be working either from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
