We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. Duties
* Manage and coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support
* Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on office procedures and best practices
* Assist with human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
* Utilise Xero for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
* Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
* Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication with clients and staff
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
* Assist in developing organisational policies to improve efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
* Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including phone etiquette
* Demonstrable office experience with clerical and administrative expertise
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
* Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with organisational tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programmes
