We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager with strong industry experience to join a growing organisation within the drainage and environmental services sector.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships across multiple sectors. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth and supporting the company’s continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads across the Greater Worcester area.
* Generate and drive revenue growth within the construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors.
* Collaborate closely with the existing Sales Team to maximize pipeline effectiveness.
* Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify areas for expansion and strategic advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in Sales and Business Development (B2B focus).
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM tools—Salesforce experience is desirable.
* Industry experience is highly important, ideally within drainage or related sectors.
