We are working with a market leading insurance broker seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join their Manchester team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is looking to expand their real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
* Conduct relevant Real Estate due diligence
* Represent clients in negotiations with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes
* Conduct market research, financial analysis, and property valuations to support client strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions
* Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
* Maintain a strong understanding of local and national real estate market trends
* An Ability to work closely with clients.
What do you need to apply
* Experience working with an insurance broker on Real Estate transactions
* Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task, customer focused environments
* Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships
Please note you must have Real Estate experience.
