This opportunity will involve working alongside the team at Edinburgh House for three days per week over the three-month period. The role will include chairing multi‑agency triage meetings twice weekly (Mondays and Thursdays), as well as providing support to the Multi-Agency Co-ordinator (MAFCO) and administrative functions within the team.
The post holder will also engage regularly with key system partners, including colleagues in Education and Early Help, alongside our VCS partners, helping to strengthen collaboration across the network and develop the Navigation Hub pilot outcomes.
