PURPOSE OF ROLE:
•To provide accurate administration support to a busy warehouse office
HOURS:
•Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 2.30pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Checking all Third Party Logistics transfer paperwork, raise and resolve any queries then transfer onto the ERP system
•To create daily pick sheets for the external warehouse
•To create delivery notes for direct despatches / 3PL Warehouse as required
•Pallet dehires
•Despatch stock on the ERP system
•Complete Return Merchandise Authorisation for customer stock returns
•Monitor batch rotation against despatch notes
•Input Customer orders
•Finished product stock reconciliation
•Cover for other warehouse tasks as required
•The job holder is required to do all tasks considered as relevant by their line manager
•Responsible for Food Safety, Quality and Legality
