Account Manager – Emsworth


Are you a relationship‑focused, commercially minded professional with a passion for supporting customers and maximising value? We’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our client’s expanding team.


Our client provides innovative, full‑scale aerial technology solutions to a wide range of global industries.


The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring customers gain the full benefit of advanced aerial technologies. You’ll nurture long‑term relationships, manage key accounts, and identify opportunities to support clients with additional value‑driven solutions.

Working closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams, you’ll contribute to customer success, retention, and growth. This position offers meaningful progression pathways and the chance to make a real impact in a fast‑evolving technology space.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop an in‑depth understanding of the platform, its capabilities, and the outcomes it delivers for customers across multiple sectors.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted partner and point of contact.
* Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
* Conduct regular account reviews to understand evolving needs, challenges, and areas where technology can add measurable value.
* Work closely with the wider sales team to ensure seamless handover, onboarding, and customer experience.
* Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and reports to support business planning.
* Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer feedback contributes to product improvements and service optimisation.


What We're Looking For

* Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or client‑facing account management experience.
* Experience within the technology or SaaS sector desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with the ability to build trust quickly.
* Commercially insightful, curious, and motivated by delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
* Thrives in a fast‑moving, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
* Proven ability to manage relationships, understand client needs, and present value‑led solutions.
* Highly organised, resilient, and capable of overseeing multiple accounts effectively.
* Ambitious, growth‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
