The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative here at DPS Tableware Ltd, you'll be leading customer interactions, keeping things smooth and friendly.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Processing customer orders accurately through Sage200
* Handling returns and breakages
* Liaising with couriers daily
* Resolving order discrepancies so customers stay smiling
* Answering customer queries
* Running reports to keep everything shipshape behind the scenes
* Providing quotations to customers
* Greeting occasional guests at reception
* Processing card payments
* Arranging collections with couriers
* Taking phone calls and general enquiries
The role is not limited to the above Expect to dive into new things as they come up
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in administration
* Confident and friendly communicator – whether it's face-to-face, on the phone or via email
* Experience in tableware or hospitality is desired, but not essential
* A team player
* Previous experience with Sage200, preferred but not essential
Working Hours & Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with a 45 minute lunch break.
