Skills And Experiences

* Collaboration & Enablement: Work with the Client Solutions team on building repeatable assets in conjunction with Avanade strategy.
* Work closely with the Avanade sales team and client groups, delivery leads, consulting teams, and Microsoft account executives on account planning and amplifying our primary business application priorities.
* Seamless transitions to delivery teams, partnerships with Solution Architects.
* Mentor team members and share best practices.
* Infusing the Sales Plan: Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth through coordination of demand generation activities.

* Technical Leadership: Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive briefings; conduct proof‑of‑concepts, demonstrations, and deep‑dives of Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including integrations, analytics, and Power Platform extensions; develop trusted advisor status with clients.
* Business Value Articulation: Translate technical capabilities into ROI‑focused narratives and business cases; create compelling proposals and RFP responses demonstrating operational agility and revenue growth with Dynamics 365.
* Client Engagement & Storytelling: Engage C‑suite and stakeholders by co‑creating success metrics; present technical concepts through relatable stories tailored to different audiences.
* Exemplify Learning: Maintain existing certifications.
* ISV and Partner Ecosystem: Stay curious about supporting and complementing technologies.

About You

* Technical Skills
o 5+ years in pre‑sales or solution selling with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
o Deep knowledge of core modules and hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and common integration patterns.
o Proven experience in POC development, system architecture, and performance optimisation.
* Storytelling Skills
o Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
o Consultative approach and ability to co‑design solutions.
o Strong storytelling capabilities highlighting user journeys and ROI.
* Business Value & Value Selling
o Knowledge of value‑selling frameworks and ROI modelling.
o Ability to quantify benefits and articulate them in business terms.
o Experience with commercial models, TCV estimates, and licensing discussions.
* Personal Attributes
o Curious, self‑driven, and adaptable.
o Collaborative team player who thrives on shared success.
o Quick to adapt to new product releases and industry trends.
o Microsoft certifications.


What You’ll Do

As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Specialist for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, you’ll be integral to our UK sales team. You’ll collaborate with account teams to design and position high‑value solutions for finance and/or supply‑chain challenges, turning your technical depth into clear business solutions with tangible, value‑driven outcomes.
