Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Worksop (S81) Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract type -Day-to-day supply Provide essential classroom support and help maintain a focused learning environment in the absence of teaching staff! GSL Education are recruiting a reliable Cover Supervisor to work in schools in Worksop, covering the S81 area. The Cover Supervisor (CS) will oversee pre-planned lessons, manage student behaviour, and ensure that learning continues smoothly throughout the school day. Main Responsibilities: Supervise classes using work provided by teaching staff. Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment. Give clear instructions and support students with their tasks. Record attendance and report any concerns to senior staff. Follow all school policies and safeguarding procedures. Requirements of Cover Supervisor: Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting. Confidence to manage a classroom independently. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
