We are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer in Slough within Building Services to manage effectively and professionally the technical, quality, safety and engineering related issues that arise during the pre-construction and construction process ensuring that solutions support the delivery of the project to time, cost and quality criteria.
As the Senior Project Engineer (Electrical) you will:
1. Have excellent, multi-faceted technical background in their discipline.
2. A fundamental requirement is that you can manage technical, quality, safety and engineering related issues to the construction of projects
3. Review and instigate valued engineering solutions in order that best value can be achieved.
4. Be commercially and contractually astute would be preferred.
5. Be able work to deadlines to ensure that materials and sub contractors can be procured inline with the project deliverables.
6. Be able to review tender offers technically and commercially, and present back as a levelled bid analysis to ensure best value can be achieved through procurement.
We are looking for:
7. Minimum HNC in Building Services Engineering
8. Demonstrable experience in an engineering role on similar MEP Projects
9. Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS
10. Proven track record of delivering projects in the Data Centre / Critical infrastructure sectors
11. Proven track record in administering the LVAP role
12. Completed suitable LVAP training and ensure this is kept up to date
13. Safety Critical worker assessment along with suitable First Aid training
