 
        
        You will be trained to deliver Planned Preventive Maintenance work (PPM) on a wide variety of fire and security systems within an assigned area, ensuring customer satisfaction through delivery of excellent customer service, clearly communicating all works to be undertaken and detailing any defects that will require remedial action.
Responsibilities
 * Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your designated area.
 * Identify defects and deficiencies in installed systems making clear recommendations for remedial actions required to provide compliance.
 * Maintain effective communication with customers and your scheduler when planning site visits.
 * Maintain your stock levels with support from your team leader.
 * Conduct timely vehicle stock takes as and when required.
 * Attend training sessions as and when required.
 * Attend engineering team meetings as and when required with your team leader and regional manager.
 * Represent the business in a professional and presentable manner at all times.

Qualifications & Expectations
 * An Electrical / Engineering / Labouring background would be a great advantage.
 * Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation.
 * Great attention to detail.
 * Professional and presentable at all times.
 * Be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
 * Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team.
 * Must have a positive attitude.
 * Full, Manual, UK driving licence – mandatory.
