Responsibilities
Its your role to inspire and develop the existing service, creating even more community connections, finding exciting new opportunities which give people with learning disabilities, autism and other life‑long conditions the chance to try something new and develop skills. Working collaboratively with a range of groups and organisations locally, you’ll create new opportunities for connection and purpose which supports the local area.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Manager who has the commitment and skills to inspire and manage our team at Gainsborough, as well as be a key part of our wider management team, contributing to a range of other projects across the County. Adapting and responding to the needs, wants, and wishes of the people we support, you’ll play a key role in delivering our ambitious development plans.

Fluency Duty
