Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 5 pupils Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance learning outcomes Contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities Prepare pupils effectively for end-of-year assessments and transition into Year 6 The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience desirable) Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills Is adaptable and able to meet a range of learning needs Has a secure understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks Confident in using technology to enhance teaching and learning Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
