This valuable experience can provide a significant advantage in your professional journey and may serve as a pathway to a long-term career at Korn Ferry. We are looking for analytical and curious interns to join our Total Reward & Executive Compensation team within Korn Ferry's Consulting practice. Our Consulting teams partner with leading organisations to design effective reward strategies, including pay structures, incentive plans, executive compensation, and reward benchmarking. Working alongside Korn Ferry consultants and industry specialists, you will gain insight into how organisations use data, analytics and market intelligence to make critical decisions about pay and performance. Our work combines quantitative analysis with strategic consulting, helping clients attract, motivate and retain top talent. As an intern, you will be integrated into the team and contribute to real client projects. Your work may include: * Supporting data analysis and market benchmarking on compensation and reward trends * Assisting with quantitative analysis of pay structures and incentive plans * Preparing client presentations and analytical insights * Working with reward data sets and helping interpret findings for clients * Supporting consultants in the development of executive pay and reward strategies * Attending internal discussions and potentially observing client meetings This hands-on experience will strengthen your analytical, commercial and consulting skills, while giving you exposure to the world of reward strategy and executive compensation advisory. Throughout your internship, Korn Ferry will provide training, mentorship and ongoing support to help you develop both technical and professional skills. You will also have the opportunity to build your professional network and learn from experienced consultants across the firm. Many of our interns go on to join Korn Ferry as graduates after completing their studies, and strong performers may be considered for a 2027 Graduate role. This is a hybrid internship programme, and interns will be expected to attend our London office at least three days per week. Eligibility To be eligible for the Korn Ferry Internship: * You must be in your penultimate year of study, graduating in 2027, and expecting a 2:1 or above. * We particularly welcome applications from students studying Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Actuarial Science or other quantitative disciplines. * Korn Ferry is not able to sponsor applicants for these roles, so you must have full authorisation to work in the UK permanently. * We look for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * You should be intellectually curious and interested in using data and analysis to solve complex business challenges. * We value students who balance academic achievement with extracurricular activities, leadership experience or other commitments.
