As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will support students in developing technical skills, creativity, and practical knowledge. You will create a positive and safe classroom environment where learners feel confident experimenting, designing, and producing high-quality work. Prime Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Design Technology lessons. Teach practical skills, designing processes, and problem-solving techniques. Monitor and assess student progress regularly. Encourage creativity, innovation, and independent thinking. Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom safety. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching Design Technology in a school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Good communication and organisational abilities. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
