* Opportunities for professional development
* A small, nurturing setting with children at the heart of everything we do

About Us

Saltdean Pre‑School is a small, friendly, and welcoming setting caring for up to 30 children aged 2–5 years. We are open term time only and between the hours of 8.10am‑3.10pm, Mon‑Fri. * Follow our safeguarding, health & safety, and other policies at all times.

About You

* Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)
* SEN experience (desirable)
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Previous experience with children aged 0–5
* Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to train)
* Flexibility, dependability, and a caring approach
* Strong communication skills and a team spirit

Benefits

* Flexible hours to fit your lifestyle
* Supportive and friendly working environment
* Opportunities for training and professional development
* The chance to make a genuine difference in children’s early learning
