We are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our welcoming team of enthusiastic military and civilian healthcare professionals in the Primary Care Rehabilitation Facility (PCRF), located at the Regional Medical Centre, RAF Halton.
The vacant post is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Requests to work flexibly and/or part time will be considered, taking into account business needs.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the Line Manager in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive and professional physiotherapy/rehabilitation service for entitled personnel. This will include undertaking highly skilled work in musculoskeletal, sports, and training injury areas, including group therapy.

Job responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
* Providing high-standard physiotherapy to Service personnel, including specialist interventions for musculoskeletal, sports, and training injuries.
* Performing skilled assessments of patients referred by the Medical Officer or physiotherapy teams, including complex and acute/chronic conditions and sports injuries, using clinical reasoning to provide accurate diagnoses.
* Managing and prioritising your clinical caseload effectively.
* Communicating clearly with patients to ensure informed consent, understanding of their conditions, and maximising rehabilitation potential, including support for language barriers.
* Developing and delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment programs using manual assessments and clinical reasoning.

Registrations and Memberships
* Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP).
* State Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC.
