What You’ll Do: Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads for Android apps, with plans to expand to iOS apps in the future.
Regularly generate and implement hypotheses to achieve the target ROAS.
Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROAS.
Systematically test new apps.
Closely collaborate with the Team Lead and ASO team.
Report regularly.
Competitor research.
Requirements: 1+ year of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition management.
Experience with traffic for Android and iOS apps via Google Ads.
Required experience with Google Ads (PPC, UAC).
Experience working with Google Firebase.
Understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to operate with: CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC.
Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality hypotheses for ad campaigns.
Desired English level: at least B1 (Intermediate).
