We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team for the full academic year.
The Role
* Support the class teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work with individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their full potential.
* Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and activities to support learning.
* Provide pastoral care and encouragement to ensure children feel safe, happy, and motivated.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold our values and ethos.
The Ideal Candidate
* Has experience of working with primary-aged children.
* Is passionate about supporting children's learning, progress, and well-being.
* Demonstrates patience, creativity, and a positive, proactive approach.
* Can work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
* Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
