At Shaftesbury East Anglia, we’re looking for an inspiring and committed Service Delivery Lead to join our passionate team. This is an opportunity to take a lead role in shaping outstanding, person‑centred services that enable people with disabilities to live full, independent and meaningful lives.
Responsibilities
* Taking full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement
* Developing and embedding effective systems and processes
* Supporting staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care
* Working collaboratively with relevant governing bodies and partners
* Contributing to service development and new business opportunities
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
Qualifications
* Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
* Have experience supporting adults with a range of disabilities and support needs
* Be confident leading teams and driving service quality
* Share our values and belief in person‑centred, community‑focused support
