Position Overview:
The Employment Paralegal will work within the firm’s employment law team, supporting both contentious (tribunal work) and non-contentious employment matters. The role involves close coordination with solicitors and HR/legal stakeholders, handling advisory and litigation-related tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assisting with employment tribunal matters and litigation support
* Providing support on general employment law issues
* Assisting HR teams with employment-related queries
* Conducting legal research and drafting documentation
* Supporting delivery of training and legal updates
* Handling administrative and case management tasks within employment law practice
Eligibility:
* Prior experience in employment law (law firm or in-house) preferred
* Strong understanding of employment law principles and procedures
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
