Description
They are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Business Development Manager to support the agency's continued growth. This is a part-time position hours per week) and focused on identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across target sectors
* Developing tailored, persuasive pitches and proposals
* Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers, marketing teams and brand managers
* Collaborating with designers to align client needs with creative delivery
* Attending networking events, trade shows and industry meetups to generate leads
* Managing the sales pipeline via CRM systems and reporting on performance
This role would suit someone who understands the creative industry and ideally, has worked within it.
Experience
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a creative, marketing or design-led environment
* Strong understanding of branding, visual communication and creative services
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* Ability to translate business challenges into creative opportunities
* Experience using CRM and/or job costing platforms
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, comfortable working independently
* A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Willingness to work flexibly between the studio and client locations as required
