We are a national supported housing provider, geographically dispersed across England, seeking a Building Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail, driving continuous improvement and embodying the ethos of #OneTeam.
The Building Compliance Officer will work within the Health and Safety Compliance team, managing contractual arrangements related to service delivery and maintaining technical documentation for landlord and corporate health and safety management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate data input, control, management, and reporting within Asset Management systems.
* Support the Senior Compliance Officer in developing administrative procedures and system improvements.
* Collaborate with external agencies, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to gather data and handle enquiries.
* Administer service programmes and liaise with subcontractors to ensure certification and works meet service level agreements.
About The Role:
This position is based on a Hybrid working model from home with a base at our Bolton Office. Travel will be required for site visits and meetings.
About You:
You will be a confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you will be:
* Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
* Hold a Health and Safety compliance qualification - EAL Level 2 in Asset and Building Compliance Awareness (ABMC2).
* Possess a general administration qualification or relevant experience in building compliance administration and data processing.
* Highly organized, efficient, able to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and have an excellent eye for detail.
