About Our Client

Job Description
3. Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, primarily ServiceNow and iTrent
4. Develop, maintain, and improve HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and Business Objects
5. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
6. Configure and customise ServiceNow HR workflows, case management, and service portals
7. Lead on monthly and quarterly HR system upgrades, including testing and stakeholder sign-off
8. Manage system access controls and ensure data security in line with company standards
9. Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, ensuring timely resolution with internal teams or vendors
10. Support HR projects and process improvements with strong project coordination skills
11. Deliver training and communications on system changes to users across the business
12. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data quality, system efficiency, and HR service delivery
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRIS Analyst should have:
13. Solid experience with ServiceNow - this is essential
14. Ideally experience with iTrent
15. A creative, continuous improvement mindset
16. Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow and an understanding of its potential for improvement
17. Strong reporting skills, with experience using Power BI and Business Objects
18. Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for data accuracy and detail
19. A good understanding of HR processes and principles
20. Confidence presenting ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
21. The ability to manage workload and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
22. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
23. A collaborative attitude and willingness to support cross-functional teams
