As a result, we are now looking to expand our team of Credit Controllers and we are keen to find the right candidate to complement our existing team of three. Duties will involve. Monitoring Outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flow. Liaise with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business. Build client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growth. Proactively manage overdue accounts, implementingCompany procedures. Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices. Process payments and keep customer records up to date. Key responsibilities Developing and implementing debt collection strategies including phone calls, emails and formal letters. Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems. Handling, logging of client requests and queries through to satisfactory resolution. Management ofAgeing debt, ensuring queries are dealt with and followed up in a timely manner to ensure collection of payment. Provide regular reports on receivables and overdue accounts to senior management. Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment Providing accounts information to internal departments. Liaising and assisting with internal departments. Attributes Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels Excellent attention to detailand accuracy.
