What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking two enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Dental Nurse Assistants to join our professional and friendly team. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, we offer a supportive environment to kickstart your career in dental nursing. You will assist our team in delivering exceptional dental care and positively impact our patients' experiences daily.
A keen interest in aesthetics or a background in beauty is preferred but not essential. If you have a passion for dental care, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the dentist during procedures, preparing instruments and materials.
* Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and set up for appointments.
* Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and support.
* Follow cross-infection control procedures, maintaining hygiene standards.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with supply orders.
* Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations.
* Develop skills through on-the-job training and relevant courses.
Skills and Competencies:
* Enthusiasm and genuine interest in dental care.
* A keen interest in aesthetics or beauty background is a plus but not required.
* Willingness to learn and develop in dental nursing.
* Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.
* Ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enrolment or plans to enrol in the NEBDN dental nurse course.
* Hepatitis B vaccination.
