FMCG - Senior Commercial Consultant at Seven

The role:
* Own label is an important part of this business and on their behalf I am currently recruiting for Customer Brand Manager to join the team.
* This is an exciting opportunity to shape customer brand plans, drive share growth, and influence key customer and internal stakeholders across the business.
* As Customer Brand Manager you will manage and implement the launch of several Own Label NPD initiatives across the retailer brand portfolio.
* As well as this you will have to investigate new market opportunities within the retailer (own label) brand portfolio through data analysis and market analysis and then writing research and project briefs, decision making and recommendations for launch, presenting to retailers and co-ordinating feedback followed by overall project co-ordination and commercial evaluation.
* This is a highly commercial role where this individual is responsible for managing and running the portfolio and working with external customers and internal stakeholders to drive forward the own label business.
* This position will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Own Label projects, ensuring the success of the existing portfolio and upcoming product launches.
* They are looking for an individual with good commercial sense, strong interpersonal and communication skills and first class project management ability.
* To be successful in this role you will have experience in a commercial FMCG environment, have worked in a brand/product manager and/or category focused role.
Key responsibilities:
* Creating and implementing product plans
* Delivery of private label product launches and NPD
* Full P&L responsibility for your portfolio
* Customer presentations
* Working cross functionally with sales, factory and category to ensure business alignment
Candidate requirements:
* FMCG background
* Experience of Own Label (preferable)
* Project management
* Launch of new products
* Working with key UK Retailers, Customer-facing experience
